마사장 계정과 계정에 연결된 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다.

탈퇴 신청 즉시 계정 이용은 중단되지만, 부정 이용 확인과 문의 대응을 위해 30일간 최소한의 정보를 보관합니다. 30일이 지나면 아래 정보가 자동으로 파기되며, 이후에는 회원님을 식별할 수 없습니다.

한 번 파기된 정보는 복구할 수 없습니다. 같은 이메일 주소로는 탈퇴 후 24시간이 지나야 재가입할 수 있으며, 재가입하더라도 이전 데이터와 활동 내역은 되살아나지 않습니다.

How to request deletion: Sign in to the masajang app or masajang.kr, go to My Page → Settings → Delete Account (회원탈퇴), enter your current password, and confirm. Direct link: https://masajang.kr/settings/delete
If you cannot sign in, submit a request through our support center at https://masajang.kr/customer-center — no account is required.
Deleted immediately: access to the account and all active sessions; direct messages you sent are removed; your name on posts and comments is replaced with "withdrawn member".
Erased after 30 days: login and push notification tokens, notification history, administrative notes; your account ID, nickname and email address are replaced with non-identifying values; password, phone number, profile image, last-login record and session data are deleted.
Retained: the text of posts and comments (kept anonymously, with no information identifying you, to preserve conversations other users took part in); a destruction record containing only an internal identifier and a timestamp, kept permanently as proof of erasure; and any records that applicable Korean law requires us to keep, for the period that law prescribes.
Re-registration: the same email address can be used to create a new account 24 hours after withdrawal. Previous data and activity are not restored.
